First planned outing of the 2010 season, Vinnie is taking his fishing pole and some lures to Playa Pesquero Holguin Cuba..
I fish off the hotel beach (see the pic).. Cuban fishermen go to the red dots after the tourists are off the beach and catch monsters..Ive been snorkeling there with bread in hand a few times and was overwhelmed by the size of the fish coming to me for food.. This is a planned late april vacation...

So we went to the Super Bazar of Fishing. Didn't go to early and wait in line with the wind, but still some good stuff left.
Seemed like not as much stuff and not as many people. Last year we could hardly get down the aisles. Found some tournament info....see under tournaments.
Also, spoke with someone who gave me a tip on how to get a good deal on a Ranger. IF... you have 50k to spare, you contact the pro from the FLW Tour and tell him you want to buy his boat when he's done. It goes back to Ranger and they remove the logos and touch up and tune it up. Then it's yours. You can save around 20k.
And...visit www.pecheenligne.net to see fishing episodes and techniques. Cool
